Responsible for gallery control on each hole and major traffic areas on course. They are distributed along the golf course and help to enforce the golf etiquette of the gallery and assist the players to locate the balls in and out of the ropes. Ensure fair play among all participants as well as safety for spectators, and are stationed at locations throughout the course. They will be responsible to control the flow of spectators behind the ropes, and the players and officials inside the ropes. Focus is on the tees, landing areas, greens and spectator crosswalks. Good eyesight, standing and moderate to light walking. (Golf knowledge is required).
The work for the persons who are responsible for the Media Center of the tournament, are mainly based on the attention of journalists, players and caddies. It’s essential the english language proficiency at least 60%, and basic knowledge of golf. The tasks of the personnel, who operate the media center based on the coordination of press conferences, generating press releases, update social networks, information on web page and results. In addition to the Spanish translation of all information and exclusive interviews with players. (The availability of time is essential to participate in this area).
Committee to support the coverage of the tournament through various online social networking platforms.
Responsible for supporting on the official Tournament store, selling official. Tournament articles to the gallery, as well as assisting customers. (Full time required)
Assist in the sales and distribution of food and beverages, including: Media center, player lounge, volunteer tent and special areas (Full time required).
Responsible for assisting the production of the T.V. network that will transmit the Tournament. Substantial English, golf knowledge is necessary, physically demanding).
Responsible for receiving the players score by radio, updating the database in the Scoring System and providing information for the different leaderboards. This team serves as the “nucleus” for receiving and relaying all scoring information during the event, Scoring control filters scoring information to manual and electronic leader-boards, monster boards and so on. This Committee serves as the checkpoint for score verification. (Golf knowledge required).
Score Keepers & Standard Bearers
Scorekeepers, also called Walking Scorers, are responsible for recording the professional score after each hole and reporting it by radio, to the Scoring Control. This person will work together with the Standard Bearer who is responsible for updating the scores on the walking leaderboard to keep the gallery informed and updated on each professionals current status. (Golf knowledge is required).
Provide support to the registration of the players; and control access to the exclusive player areas inside the Golf Course.
Volunteers who control de gallery located on the bleachers of the holes, enforcing the golf etiquette. (Quiets).
Volunteers Tent & Services
Responsible for staffing the volunteer headquarters, supervising the access to volunteer areas, handling uniform distribution and maintaining a comfortable working environment for the Volunteers. Volunteers are needed during advance week for the distribution of uniforms to all volunteers. Exact date/time will be given. (Full time required)
Responsible for coordinating and controlling the logistics of the general access to the Tournament, as well as directing spectators at the Tournament entrance. (Full time required).
· Will Call
Check tickets, oversee Will Call, control gate entry, provide information and assistance to all patrons & distribute pairings sheets.
Assisting spectators for keep in the lockers all the personal properties and forbidden objects like cameras and cell phones.
Assisting security to ensure that all spectators have the proper tickets and credentials for entry, Directing spectators at the Tournament entrance.
Access to Special Areas
Responsible for supervising and controlling access to exclusive player/official areas inside the Golf Course. (Full Time required).

Responsible for provide official information to players in every starting round. This committee get and certificate all the results when the players finish their round at 18th hole, they send copies to Scoring Control too (Golf knowledge required).

Responsible for provide pairing sheets in the principal entrances and gallery flow. They help the gallery too about questions and information required.
Support in market research during the tournament week. To this committee is recommended to have studies about Market studies or related fields.
Technical support for all the tournament areas. (Hardware/software skills and telephone equipment knowledge required).
They are the Organizing Committee representatives at the Host Hotel. They are responsible to hosting the players, give them support, handle conflicts situations or any kind of concerns. (Just Women, English required. It’s a principal requirement for these Volunteers: being students of Tourism Management or any Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality.
Responsibles for provide service at parking available for gallery, car’s flow and transportation to Guadalajara Country Club. They will be available to help gallery in giving additional information and assistance.
